About Rob Leavitt
Rob is a big picture thinker and strategist who lends his extensive experience in B2B marketing strategy, thought leadership, executive engagement, and account-based marketing to help clients develop and advance market leadership. As SVP, Advisory & Training, Rob works with a wide range of ITSMA corporate members and clients to sharpen strategy and improve programs that drive business impact with the clients that matter most. He oversees a number of research studies and publications, participates in ABM and other education and training projects, and hosts ITSMA’s C-Suite Marketing Podcast.
Before rejoining ITSMA for the second time in 2016, Rob led thought leadership and other marketing programs for PTC Global Services. Prior to PTC, he consulted with a wide range of technology and professional services firms on marketing strategy, thought leadership, customer collaboration, and other issues. Before succumbing to the lure of high tech in the late 1990s, Rob ran a variety of international media and education programs, and he continues to serve on several nonprofit boards today. He has a BA in American History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Political Science from MIT.
