About Matthew Chatterton
Matthew Chatterton is head of the B2B team in Ipsos Loyalty. He has twenty years’ experience of researching business audiences, focusing particularly on customer/client experience programmes, working for many leading global businesses. His clients have been spread across many different B2B sectors, including business and professional services, technology, manufacturing and the public sector. He led Ipsos’s flagship ‘Captains of Industry’ survey of board level FTSE directors for many years. Prior to joining Ipsos in 2002, Matthew spent a decade working for KPMG and Arthur Andersen.
