Account-Based Marketing continues to be a growing strategy for B2B marketers who are making bigger investments in it. In fact, ITSMA’s study, Raising the Game with ABM: 2018 ABM Benchmark Study, reported how ABM now accounts for 28% of the entire marketing budget. What’s driving that investment is the value companies are receiving from their programs, including substantially greater ROI as well as higher levels of customer success, advocacy, and innovation.

The upcoming ITSMA ABM Forum in London on June 20th is a golden opportunity for B2B marketers to learn from our research and to hear from other ABM experts on how to design a state-of-the-art ABM program, or dramatically improve their existing one.

Now in its fourth year, the Forum brings together leading ABM thinkers and practitioners to discuss best practices when it comes to enhancing reputation, relationships, and revenues in their most important accounts.

Laying a solid foundation

Entitled Charting your ABM Journey: Your Blueprint for Success, the one-day event, held in London’s famous Royal Institute of British Architects, will focus, appropriately enough, on ABM architecture: planning, designing, building, and scaling a successful program. Those attending will leave with a comprehensive understanding of the state of their ABM developments, whether they are at the very early stages or ready to move toward a more sophisticated level.

Participants will hear from world-class organizations such as Bloomberg, BT, DXC Technology, Atos, and EY, share the findings of ITSMA industry-leading research and network with their peers.

A rich mix of activities

There are also a number of new initiatives:

  • Live Blueprinting @The ABM Knowledge Centre. This will let participants review their own progress and receive a blueprint for next steps in their ABM plans.
  • Ask the Expert. Pre-book a free, 15-minute, one-to-one consultation with ITSMA’s technology partners.
  • Grand Designs Gallery. Enjoy the best of breed in terms of great ABM campaigns.
  • Managing resilience and wellbeing will be on the agenda as well, with Dr. John Briffa, author of the influential A Great Day at the Office, sharing simple strategies for getting the best from yourself and your team.

ABM is evolving at such a pace, it’s easy to get left behind if you don’t take the time to keep yourself up to date with the latest thinking and best practices. This one-day out will help to keep you and your program at the top of your game.
