This Insight Session will feature discussion covering insights on evolving business world, key areas for marketing transformation in the digital future, changing expectations and priorities facing marketing leaders in the services marketplace. It will explore a range of perspectives and recommendations from marketing leaders along with key findings from ITSMA’s 2017 research on Marketing Transformation, along with highlights from the 2017 How B2B Buyers Choose and Engage with Providers Study.
