ITSMA’s annual Marketing Excellence Awards honors outstanding marketing programs for B2B services and solutions across the technology, telecoms, and professional service sectors. Beyond the gloss and glitz, ITSMA’s Marketing Excellence Awards honor the pursuit of excellence in the four most critical aspects of success: strategy and planning, innovation, execution, and business results.

Category: Enabling Sales for New Growth Opportunities
Steve Sinclair, Sales & Marketing Director, PwC

Steve leads a team of PwC consultants in the area of customer experience, sales and marketing effectiveness, and customer analytics and insight. He will share PwC’s winning entry on how the sales and marketing team seized new financial regulation as an opportunity to become the leading consulting firm on the new ruling, driving $60M in booked business.

Julie Woods-Moss, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer, Tata Communications

Julie is responsible for all company-wide marketing & communications and also leads the Innovation mandate for the company. Tata Communications’ Insights Program was designed with the overarching theme of ‘Keeping Insights at the Heart of Everything We Do.’ Julie will highlight the challenges faced and how this entailed creating a platform/tool that would be able to provide real-time account and market intelligence on-the-go, and curating customized content that would drive customer conversations. The program delivered direct impact on the sales funnel with over 500 insights as qualified leads in FY17, supported 10 product launches, and delivered account-level insights for over 1,000 key accounts.

What to Expect
This session is open to marketers of all levels and is an opportunity to hear some of this year’s Marketing Excellence Awards finalists tell their stories, and to interact through Q&A and a panel discussion session. Assorted canapés and beverages will also be served.

This event is free for ITSMA Europe and ITSMA Global members – log in for complimentary registration. Non-members will be charged at $495/£375*/€435* per seat. (*Actual price determined by current conversion rate upon registration.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellations or substitutions must be in writing. Please send any notices to Victoria Monger at vmonger@itsma.com. Cancellations received less than 15 days before the event are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the event fee, and cancellations received less than 10 days before the event will be subject to no refund. Substitutions approved by ITSMA are permitted up to the start of the event.

Julie Woods-Moss

Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, Tata Communications

Julie Woods-Moss is the Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Tata Communications. As the CMO, Julie is responsible for all company-wide marketing and communications. She also leads the Innovation mandate for the company, working closely with the start-up ecosystems and academia, as well as leading the internal entrepreneurship programme at Tata Communications. Julie has held senior executive roles in leading international corporations including IBM, UPC (part of Liberty Media group), and BT. She has a strong background in digital marketing, technology, telecom, and venture development.
