How agile is your marketing organization?  According to ITSMA’s recent study, only about 20% of marketing leaders consider their organisations to be even close to the level of agility they desire. The rest have a long way to go in overcoming the obstacles of overly structured, analog, siloed, and risk-averse operations.

Being nimble is critical in today’s environment of the connected customer, with ever-shifting touch-points and channels and a need to deliver enormous amounts of content and functional customer experiences across different devices. The amount of data and new ideas has multiplied but the hours in the day have stayed the same.

The good news is that many marketers are adopting more agile techniques and approaches, and seeing positive results with their efforts. At this Roundtable for Senior Marketing Leaders, we will discuss key trends in creating a digitally enabled agile marketing organisation and share highlights from ITSMA’s 2016 Agile Marketing Survey.

Joining us at this session will be special guest speakers Apurva Chamaria, Vice President and Head of Corporate Marketing, HCL Technologies and Manish Bahl, Senior Director, Center for the Future of Work, Cognizant Technology Solutions.
