November 21 @ 9:30 am - 4:00 pm GMT

  • Event, Europe
  • Cranfield School of Management, Management Development Centre, Cranfield, Bedford

Invitation Only – ABM Council Members & Guests

Have you been wondering how your ABM program might be able to help with the big challenges facing key account managers in your business today? Are you interested in finding out more about how ABM-ers and KAMs combine to accelerate growth? How ABM and KAM processes align? How you can collaborate to maximize your chances of success?

ITSMA is partnering with Cranfield University School of Management to explore the alignment between ABM and KAM, working with members of ITSMA’s ABM Council and membership community, and with Cranfield’s Key Account Management club.

In this full day meeting, we’ll cover:

  • What is ABM and how can it help KAMs?
  • How can ABM help KAMs get a fair price?
  • How can ABM help create innovative value propositions?
  • How can ABM help align the organization around the customer?

You’ll hear from highly experienced practitioners from leading organizations, and network with like-minded professionals.

This event will be led by ITSMA’s Bev Burgess, SVP & ABM Practice Lead and Mark Davies, KAM Best Practice Forum Director and Visiting Fellow, with special guests, Gemma Davies, Director, Global ABM Strategy, ServiceNow, and Mark Larwood, Head of Marketing – Enterprise and ABM, O2.

You’ll also be invited to the pre-event dinner, starting at 6:30 pm on November 20, also at Cranfield’s Management Development Centre. There is accommodation on site for those who would like to stay.

Please contact Victoria Monger for more information and to secure your seat at this event.
