Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for cancellations, refunds, and substitutions must be made in writing to ITSMA via email and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
General Policy for ITSMA Events
- Full refund or future credit provided when notifying ITSMA 30+ days prior to the event
- 85% refund or 100% future credit provided when notifying ITSMA 15–29 days prior to the event, but a substitution may be acceptable
- 65% refund or 100% future credit provided when notifying ITSMA 3-14 days prior to the event, but a substitution may be acceptable
- Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the event may not receive a refund or credit but a substitution may be acceptable
- No shows will incur the full event fee
- Substitutions must be approved by ITSMA prior to the start of the event
- Credits must be used within one year
- When you register for an ITSMA event, you agree to these terms.
General Policy for ITSMA Research
We offer a money-back guarantee for all research purchases made on www.itsma.com. If you are not satisfied you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to review the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
