Victor E. Millar has nearly 40 years of experience in information consulting and the management of professional services firms. He has witnessed four decades of information technology (IT) services market growth and evolution, but he still maintains that the industry is young and immature.

Mr. Millar began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. During his long tenure there, he earned an international reputation for expertise in large-scale information systems and became well known as the “architect” of Andersen Consulting. Mr. Millar left Andersen in 1986 to build a world class consulting firm for Saatchi and Saatchi Company PLC, the world’s largest advertising company. In 1990, Mr. Millar became chairman and CEO of P.S.F. Management International, Inc., a consulting firm with a practice limited to professional services firms. In 1992, he established the Worldwide Information Services practice for Unisys Corporation and served as its president.

Mr. Millar joined AT&T in 1995, and until August 1997 served as the president and chief executive officer of AT&T Solutions, a professional services subsidiary of AT&T. AT&T Solutions offers clients a full spectrum of strategic business services and customized end-to-end information technology solutions. After guiding AT&T Solutions through its first two years of operation, and building a billion-dollar worldwide professional services organization, Mr. Millar is assuming new duties as a senior strategic advisor to AT&T’s operations team.
