Bernadette Nixon is senior vice president and general manager of CA’s Northeast business, responsible for leading CA’s Northeast direct sales force and building and maintaining customer relationships in the region. Prior to her current role, Bernadette was regional manager for CA’s New England sales division. Before that, she spent five years as an enterprise management sales manager in CA’s Federal Division. Along with her team, she was responsible for winning some of the largest new enterprise management product sales in the Federal market and a number of the first eTrust security management sales in the country. Previously, Bernadette was a special advisor to the chief information officer at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, responsible for the Problem Management and User Liaison disciplines within the information technology department and chaired the IT Standards Committee. She began her career in the United Kingdom with NCR, setting up the company’s distribution channel for NCR’s UNIX Tower systems. Bernadette earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Hertfordshire, England.
