ITSMA Honors Winners of 2009 Marketing Excellence Awards

Record number of entries received; AT&T, BT, Cisco, Cognizant, CSC, Deloitte, HCL, IBM, Iron Mountain, Siemens Enterprise Communications, and Xerox are recognized

LEXINGTON, Massachusetts—October 27, 2009—ITSMA, the leading marketing association for technology, communications, and professional services providers, revealed the winners of the 2009 Marketing Excellence Awards last night during its 16th Annual Marketing Conference.

“Marketers have faced a lot of adversity over the last 12 months, but it was not evident at all in the quality and innovation of this year’s entries,” said Dave Munn, president and CEO of ITSMA. “Not only did we receive a record number of applications but the bar was raised another level in the analysis, execution and business impact that the applicants documented.  My hearty congratulations go out to all the winners and finalists.  Bravo, fantastic work!”

An international jury of marketing executives and experts selected the winners based on excellence in innovation, program execution, and business results. The awards honor excellence at two levels: diamond and gold.
