Honoring Special Achievement in B2B Services and Solutions Marketing

And the Winners are...

Launched in 1998, ITSMA’s Marketing Excellence Awards focus exclusively on B2B marketing for services and solutions. The awards program is based on a comprehensive and strategic approach to marketing, recognizing that business success today requires marketers to move beyond the traditional realm of communications.

The program looks beyond flash and glitz to emphasize excellence in the three most critical aspects of success: innovation, execution, and business results.

Past award winners have included Accenture, AT&T, Cisco, CSC, Deloitte, HCL, HP, IBM, Infosys, KPMG, Optum, PwC, SAP, Tata Consultancy Services, VMware, Wipro, and Xerox Global Services, among other top technology and professional services firms.


The ITSMA Marketing Excellence Awards are open to all companies that market and sell technology, telecom, or professional services or solutions. Submissions must include all required information for participation as outlined in the Online Application and Submission Guidelines.

Award Types

ITSMA will designate two winners in each category: Diamond winners (best in class for the industry) and Gold winners (standout performance in improving marketing performance). ITSMA reserves the right to not designate an award recipient in any category where the judges conclude the level of entries was not of the necessary quality.

Award Selection

The awards program jury consists of members of ITSMA’s senior executive staff, advisory board, and outside industry experts. No judge will review submissions for which there is a potential conflict of interest. All panel decisions will be final.

Application Process

Application Deadline: June 11, 2014

Entry Fee: $495 USD payable to ITSMA, we ask for payment when you submit your entry online. Start the process here.

Submissions: Companies may enter multiple submissions in one or more award categories. Each individual submission must include its own entry fee.

Non-Disclosure: ITSMA will keep all information included in award submissions strictly confidential and will not disclose any information from the submissions without formal authorization from the applicant.

Awards Ceremony:  The awards will be formally presented at ITSMA’s Annual Marketing Conference, November 4, 2014. The Conference will also include sessions with leaders from select award winning programs.
