Insight Time

ITSMA Insight Time provides member companies with annual advisory time designed to help address critical organizational challenges in marketing and selling services and solutions. Included as a benefit of membership, Insight Time is customized for each member company and facilitated and delivered by ITSMA experts.

Formats

Insight Time can be utilized in a variety of formats. Typically delivered in a two-to-four hour program, common formats include:

Consulting. “Can we talk about a challenge we’re facing?”
– ITSMA expert works with the member in open dialogue to explore approaches to addressing a critical marketing or sales challenge.
Review. “Can we get an outside opinion?”
– ITSMA expert reviews a critical document or approach the member is developing.
Education. “Can we improve our skills and knowledge in this area?”
– ITSMA expert delivers a briefing or presentation on a priority topic.
Problem-Solving Workshop. “Can our team get help in moving forward?”
– ITSMA expert facilitates a workshop to generate ideas and agreement.

ITSMA will work with each member company to create the most productive format, which can be delivered live, via phone, or on the Web.

Sample Topics

Members use Insight Time to address challenges in a variety of areas, such as:

Developing marketing strategy and plans
Launching new offers
Refining value propositions and messaging
Understanding buyer behavior
Exploring best practices (e.g., thought leadership marketing, Account Based Marketing, or reference management)
Reviewing services and solutions portfolios
Educating marketing and sales teams

Insight Time is organized at the discretion of the Executive Sponsors at member organizations. Each member organization is able to utilize its Insight Time during the annual membership term. There is no fee associated for with your annual Insight Time beyond any necessary travel expenses for ITSMA experts.
