No more limits to online access. Anyone from a member company can now receive a password to ITSMA's online library, a unique, full-text archive of best practice examples, trend reports, new ideas, and practical tools for marketing and selling IT services and solutions.

If you had valid access to our library prior to April 1, 2005, your previously-assigned ITSMA password will remain active until you decide to change it. However, your old ITSMA username will not work. Instead, your company email address will become your user name.
