Online Access to ITSMA’s Member Library*
Unlimited Access
Anyone from a member company, or in some cases, a member company division, can get access to ITSMA's online library. It is an archive of unique, full-text, best practice examples, trend reports, new ideas, and practical tools for marketing and selling IT services and solutions.
Simple Registration
Register with your company email and create your own password.
If you had valid access to our library prior to 2005, your previously-assigned ITSMA password will remain active until you decide to change it. However, your old ITSMA username will not work. Instead, your company email address will become your user name.
