EligibilityThe ITSMA Marketing Excellence Awards are open to all companies that market and sell technology, telecom, or professional services or solutions, whether they are a member company or not. Submissions must include all required information for participation as outlined in the Application Form (Word document) and Submission Guidelines. Award TypesITSMA will designate two winners in each category: Diamond winners (best in class for the industry) and Gold winners (standout performance in improving marketing performance). ITSMA reserves the right to not designate an award recipient in any category where the judges conclude the level of entries was not of the necessary quality. Award SelectionThe awards program jury consists of members of ITSMA’s senior executive staff, advisory board, and outside industry experts. No judge will review submissions for which there is a potential conflict of interest. All panel decisions will be final.
