What information is available in the ITSMA Member Library?
The Member Library includes more than 200 case studies, briefings, reports and tools on best practices, trends, and new ideas in marketing and selling IT services and solutions. Please note: the Member Library does not include access to ITSMA's multiclient sponsored research studies on brand positioning and other topics; those are available for sale at member and nonmember rates.

Who can get access to the Member Library?
There are two levels of access, Member and Guest. Member access is available to any employee of an ITSMA member company, and includes unlimited access to all HTML and PDF files in the Member Library. Guest access provides access to sample documents, and is available to anyone else.

Why is my company not listed as an ITSMA member?
Our member list is as up-to-date as possible, so most likely your company was never a member, or has recently not renewed its membership. If you believe we have mistakenly not included your company on the member list, please contact Carolyn Jefferson at +1-781-862-8500, ext. 121, or cjefferson@itsma.com.

My company is not an ITSMA member. Can I still get access to the Member Library?
Yes, you can register for Guest Access, which provides access to a small sampling of recently published documents from the Member Library.

How do I get a password?
Register for access as a member or guest, and we will send you a password by email at your company email address. You can change your password later if you prefer to create your own.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
Go to our Password Reminder page and enter your company email address, then click the Send Password button. We will send your password to your company email immediately.

I forgot the email address I used to register. How can I retrieve it?
Please contact Carolyn Jefferson at +1-781-862-8500, ext. 121, or cjefferson@itsma.com. Remember to provide your name, company, and full contact information.

How can I change my password?
Sign in, then go to the Change Password page and enter your password in the Current Password field. Enter your desired new password in the required fields and then click the Save button. We will send confirmation of your new password to your company email immediately.

I'm a member, why do I have to use my company email address as my user name?
We need to validate your status with a member company by using an active company email address.

How can I update my user profile?
Sign in, then go to the Update Profile page, and change any of the information in your user profile. Then click the Update button. We will save your changes immediately.

How long will my password remain active if I don't use it?
If you are with a Member Company, we will maintain your password in the system as long as your company remains an active ITSMA member. If you registered for Guest Access, we will maintain your password in the system for 30 days following your registration.

How can I find out about new additions to the Member Library?
We generally update the Member Library at least once each month with a new report or tool. Along with checking the Library directly, you can subscribe to one or more of ITSMA's information services, including our monthly newsletter, monthly research digest, and periodic research alerts. You can learn more and can subscribe to these on the Update Profile page.

How can I find out more about ITSMA membership?
Please visit the Members section of our Website to learn more about the benefits of membership, which include participation in a marketing leadership community, advisory guidance on marketing and selling services and solutions, and marketing skills development, along with unlimited access to our Member Library.
