Collaborating For Growth
ITSMA's Annual European Marketing Forum

Sponsored by:

18 May 2006
Runnymede Hotel & Spa, Heathrow
London, UK

Forum Overview

European technology companies today face sluggish, uneven market growth across countries and sectors, increasing competitive pressure from both global and local players, and growing requests from clients large and small to work across internal silos and beyond company boundaries to win or retain deals.

Where cost-cutting and operational reform were the keys to achieving high levels of growth and profitability in recent years, today they are no longer enough. In 2006, top-line growth is about leveraging capabilities and expertise across your company and your partnership web.

Sustainable Growth Springs From Collaboration

Leveraging capabilities and expertise across company silos and partnership networks is a proven way to create multiple points of differentiation and make every part of the business better and more competitive. But achieving and sustaining this level of collaboration is an extremely difficult task, particularly for the large enterprise.

Many companies have not yet found a way to “institutionalize” collaboration; at the European Forum, we’re gathering the industry’s best and brightest marketers to explore with you how it can be done.

Marketing Leads The Way

At ITSMA, we believe that leveraging collaboration—with customers, partners, academics, consultants, and employees from across the organization—is the foundation for achieving sustainable growth. We also believe that marketing is in a unique position to make this happen. This year’s Forum will feature practical case studies, research, expert opinion, and interactive workshops to explore how marketing can drive collaboration with key constituencies including:

  • Colleagues in other functions, including finance, sales, and human resources
  • Colleagues in other business units
  • Strategic business partners
  • Market influencers
  • Customers and prospects

Mark your diary for May 18th and register your interest in this intensive one-day Forum program now! We also invite you to join us the night before, on May 17th, for an industry ‘speed dating’ event that will help you find new partners and deepen your existing alliances.
