Overview
The move to solutions continues to dominate the IT marketplace as providers
try to move up the value chain by providing more comprehensive and business-oriented
solutions to their clients. But success with solutions demands more than
a pretty face; companies that are truly committed to providing solutions
must rethink virtually every aspect of how they go to market.
This ITSMA roundtable, hosted by Hewlett-Packard, will explore the
most important changes marketers need to make to grow a solutions business.
With substantial time dedicated to discussing concrete examples and lessons
learned from recent and ongoing initiatives across the industry, the
roundtable will focus on:
Building customer insight
Designing the right solutions
Enabling the sales process
Beyond the prepared topics, this roundtable is also designed to facilitate
open discussion on other top-of-mind issues facing leading marketing
executives focused on growing a solutions business.
There is no charge for participation, but the roundtable is limited
to 15 representatives from ITSMA member companies. Lunch is included.
